Returns
We offer a 14-day return window—meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it
  • Be unworn or unused
  • Have original tags attached
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Once your request is accepted, we'll send you the instructions and return address.

Please note:
Returns sent back before contacting us will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected the item at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
If that method is unavailable for any reason, we’ll work with you to find a fair and secure alternative solution.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with high-resolution photos so we can review the issue and make it right.

For a smooth exchange experience, we follow the standard return procedure:
Once your return is complete and refunded, you’re welcome to place a new order. We’ll do our best to make the next purchase even more favorable.


EU Consumer Guarantee

Under EU consumer protection laws, all products purchased by customers within the European Union are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee against defects or non-conformity.
