Shipping policy
All orders are shipped via UkrPoshta from our warehouse in Lviv, Ukraine.
We process orders within 3–5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to follow your delivery.
Estimated delivery times:
- Ukraine: 2–5 business days
- European Union: 2–3 weeks
- United States: 2–4 weeks
- Other international destinations: may vary depending on local postal services

Due to the current situation in Ukraine, delivery times may be affected. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Customs & Import Fees
Prices do not include import duties, taxes, or other government-imposed fees.
These charges, if applicable, are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We do not collect or prepay any customs-related charges.
For details regarding your country’s import regulations, please consult your local customs office.
Delivery Restrictions
We currently do not ship to countries where international delivery is suspended by UkrPoshta.
As of September 2025, this includes:
Afghanistan, Bahamas, Belarus, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Haiti, Guyana, Guinea, Equatorial Guinea, Iran, Kiribati, Comoros, Montserrat, Niger, Palestine, South Sudan, Russia, Syria, Somalia, Tuvalu
These destinations are blocked across all UkrPoshta systems, including API and postal offices.
